Project Update #2 from LanCity Connect – Northwest Residents

Attention Phase 1 Northwest Residents:

We have an important update for you regarding LanCity connect services. Please reference the following deployment map. This deployment map represents work completed in the northwest neighborhoods within the last two months.

Residents who live in:

  • YELLOW: LanCity Connect community-based broadband internet is available in your neighborhood. If you:
    • HAVE NOT requested installation: Please register before August 31st to ensure that you receive service during Phase 1.
    • HAVE requested installation: A member of our customer support team will contact you shortly to complete the installation process.

    I am under the impression that I signed up when the project was first announced. Do I have to register again?

  2. We have registered with your service. there was an issue with the address, but it seems to be resolved now. Do we need to separately request an installation? Am concerned since there was a door-flyer announcing that you were in our neighborhood 10 days ago, and have not heard anything. Thanks.

  3. Is there any likelihood that Lancity could setup service in the northern portion of Manor Twp? A lot of the residents of the Valley DR area are very upset of having Comcast as the only available service.

  4. I’ve requested installation at my home [435 N Mary St] but in addition I would like to have your service at my rental property, 732 N Pine St.
