• The best way to utilize your new internet connection is through a wired connection.

• Computers that are not Wi-Fi gigabit capable or wired gigabit capable will throttle your speeds to your devices limitations. Check your devices capabilities to ensure you can receive our speeds of 1000Mbps.

• Some sites you may visit could have limitations as to how fast they can receive and push data, therefore if they can only push data at 300Mbps your speeds will be throttled at their limitations of 300Mbps
• There are two different frequencies that you can receive through your NightHawk Router:

• 2.4 is best for older devices and for locations in your home that are further away from the router’s location.
• 5G is best for new devices and for use in locations closer to your router.

  1-2 devices with heavy use

• Tier 3 – 300Mbps for $75.99 a month
  3-5 people with moderate use
  1-3 people with heavy use
